Who are we?
Pragma is a finance group that offers services for micro, small and medium enterprises and is independent from banks. We operate in the territory of Poland, but we are planning to expand our business in the CEE region. Our three main areas of activity are: B2B receivable collection, factoring and loans, leasing and securitising fund. Two of our companies are listed on the main index of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2015, the value of Pragma Group equities in 2015 was PLN 60 million, the value of assets – PLN 186 million and our turnover exceeded PLN 570 million. Pragma Group employs over 140 people. We co-operate with law firms, debt enforcement officers, finance and real property brokers and detectives.
What do we do?
Our 15-year experience and knowledge allows Pragma to collect mature receivables in the B2B sector successfully. We are proud to employ people who form a complete team dedicated to amicable debt collection and enforcement, on-site and in the field, as well as to representing our Customers in court proceedings.
We are a leader among non-banking factoring companies. Our offer covers all types of factoring dedicated to micro, small and medium enterprises: traditional factoring, discounting invoices, local and export factoring, with recourse or non-recourse, undisclosed factoring, microfactoring, loans secured by assets, advance payments and discounting promissory notes.
This year, Pragma Faktoring S.A. has acquired 50% shares in a fintech-type start-up company – LeasLink, which offers leasing services for small assets in a unique process realised completely online. Following the achievement of further developmental milestones, Pragma intends to take over a total of 71% shares. The whole process – application, verification, loan decision and document evaluation – is carried out online and lasts only 15 minutes. It is available on a 24/7 basis, throughout the year.
Corporate NPL management
In 2013, the first securitising fund Pragma 1 was created. In 2015 the fund acquired a portfolio of inactive receivables of a value of PLN 470 million, which accounted for 20% market share. By 2016, the fund had obtained a portfolio of inactive receivables worth PLN 1 billion, and the net value of assets exceeded PLN 40 million. In 2016, Pragma established two further securitising funds with a value of assets of PLN 50 million in co-operation with one of the leading, innovative banks.
